Adult Gymnastics Classes Offered

Adult Beginners:  Sunday at 9:00 a.m. A 40 minute class that is medium-intensity. It is a structured, instructor-led class that focuses heavily on developing flexibility, building strength, and learning basic tumbling skills. This class is structured and designed for beginners with little to no previous gymnastics experience. Fundamentals are stressed to develop good form.

Required Attire for a Beginner Class: A leotard or compression yoga-type tank top and form fitting athletic shorts or pants for women. A formfitting tank top and basket ball shorts for men. No tee shirts, or baggy pants are allowed.

Private Lessons:  If looking to learn specific skills, or to fine tune those skills you've already achieved, please consider private lessons.  Click here for private lesson rates.

SIDE NOTE:  At Manakoa Gymnastics, whether you are an adult or a child athlete, you will undoubtedly notice results if you keep a positive attitude towards your training, if you are patient (remind yourself that even the most basic gymnastics skills take time to develop), if you come to class consistently and focus on the coach's corrections to achieve the correct form, and if you do your best.  We focus on developing gymnastics skills with proper form. We are proud to offer gymnastics training to kids and adults taught by experienced USAG certified coaches.

"I've already seen a huge improvement in my balance and flexibility in just a few weeks of class.  I'm almost 40 and working on a back hand spring!  Yes, it's really happening!" β€“  Karen W.
